In order to keep all of the owners property values high Wood Estates Homeowners Association strictly enforces the restrictions as defined in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions document. Each owner that purchases a property in Wood Estates  agrees to these restrictions by making the purchase. If you did not receive a copy at your closing you can download a PDF copy by first selecting the unit you live in (see photo) and then click the appropriate link below. Unit 1 Deed Restrictions Unit 2A Deed Restrictions Unit 2B Deed Restrictions Unit 2C Deed Restrictions Unit 3 Deed Restrictions Unit 4 Deed Restrictions Unit 5 Deed Restrictions Some key things to remember: 1. Any new construction requires the plans to be approved by the architectural committee prior to construction start. 2. Any changes to color must adhere to the restrictions. 3. There are specific requirements for fencing, setbacks, and roofing materials. 4. Outbuildings must either match the home design or not be visible from the street. 5. No boats, campers, or trailers of any kind may be parked in the street or driveway except for short periods of loading and unloading. If kept at the home they must be behind the fenced area. 6. Vehicles must be in working condition and registered. Vehicles not in this condition may not be parked on the street or driveway.
