Our neighborhood works better when we watch out for each other. If you would like to help out with any of our groups please email directors@woodestateshoa.com.
Architectural Committee - Ensures new or revised construction meets the association
requirements.
Crime Watch Committee - Coordinates with local police department and notifies association
members of crime and or problems as needed.
Deed Restriction Committee - Coordinates with Board of Directors to ensure deed restrictions are
being followed. Takes action when a violation is reported to correct the problem.
Yard of the Month Committee - Conducts monthly meeting to judge best yard in the
neighborhood. Places sign in winning yard and moves it at the end of the month to the next winner.
